• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Is it possible to adjust or reposition the factory backrest on the 2014 RT Limited? i.e. Tilt it back a bit so driver doesn't have to maintain a rigid straight-up position?

Cruzr Joe, I didn't want to bother you yesterday evening with below. Exactly where did you install the spacer?

Under the seat?

or

Did you remove the zippered backrest cover & make changes in that area?

Thanks a bunch!

i put the spacers between the bracket under the seat and the bottom of the seat which made the bracket tilt backwards a little bit.

Crafty idea!

After carefully examining the underside of my seat assembly early this morning, I thought that might have been your solution/fix. So, the end result is that the (underside) supporting plate is angled which in turn skews the backrest toward the rear.

I will try that & thanks again for the great idea. There appears to be enough clearance under the seat assembly to accommodate the spacers!
