Calsci windshield review

The UPS guy delivered my Cal Sci windshield today. I took my sport/touring windshield off my 2011 RS-S and pack it away for the winter. I unpacked the windshield and it did not fit due to it was not finished. The sides was loaded with some heavy tool marks and not squared off. Tomorrow I'll waste a day finishing and fitting. But I am going to leave the tool marks and rough edges to show everyone what poor quality work Cal Sci did for me.

If I were you I would send a note to mark @ calsci with the problem. He'll treat you right. I went through a couple problems both size /breAking issues @ was treated right!

I sent Calcsi a number of e-mails and my phone number, BUT received no reply. I bought it from Custom Dynamics and their return policy is that I would pay a 10% restocking fee & postage. California Scientific(CalSci) they made so they should make good for it. But they don't care. I would have liked to have CalSci send me a new good windshield, then I would pay for the new one and in the box they would put a return sticker so I could send it back and they could do a to credit no my credit card. I have a few more rides I like to do in the next few weeks and I don't want to have my Spyder setting there with out a winter windshield. Now that I have put this on other web sites and will continue to post untill I get a responce from them.
