Call a friend or a family member today or tomorrow

A lot of us have the day off today and tomorrow is a good day too except it may be pretty busy for some but I always get out my phone book and try and get in touch with old friends and family that I haven't talked to in a while. It's a small thing but the rewards will be great. Pick up the phone and make some calls, you'll be glad you did and it will give you one more thing to be thankful for.
