In a previous life, on a two wheeled older Honda Goldwing, the motorcycle seat was modified by a local gentleman so that i ssit on the motorcycle where the pillion rider would normally be seated. With my giant physical body and long legs, squeezing my anatomy on to the one Spyder I drove was an interesting exercise!
What ever Spuder I purchase the two items I would change would be the location of the portion of the seat where my large butt would be placed, and I would ensure the windscreen is of high enough height that I would just be able to look over the top. The Goldwing had a custom windscreen, made by a friend in the plastic industry, he is no longer doing so.
Beyond the seat and the windscreen would ride the machine for a while until change elsewhere was required. My Syder shall probably have an amateur radio (VHF/UHF) installed with Bluetooth connections to the helmet.
Speakers blaring while riding would be an exercise in futility. The audio would not be able to rise to my ears; it would be lost in the turbulence.
My body Height above and well back from the source would
received very little of the audo. and increasingthe volume was in past machines, not practical.
I shall continue to read and comment. One of these days...
