• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

But what is that last one?

Wasn't it Catalan, the 'local language' of Catalonia, North Eastern modern Spain, where many still speak Catalan (which is a language descended from low Latin & sorta crossed with Spanish, French, & Italian - & probably closer to the last 2 than Spanish) & some frequently lobby for independence from the rest of Spain??

It's sorta like the Basques, or if you like, it could even be considered similar to the USA & the Native Americans.... Both the Catalan People & the Basques are descendants of those who have always lived in their particular areas of what the World generally recognises as Spain; but they have a distinct culture, langauge, and they even look ethnically different! ;)

Don't whatever you do call a Catalan or a Basque person 'Spanish' - not unless you really don't value your life!! :lecturef_smilie:
