Looking to purchase the Bumper skid w/LED's for my 2015 RTL. I just have a couple of questions

1. Does the remote come with the kit?
2. Will it be in the way of any maintenance?
3. How easy is it to replace bulbs if necessary?

I believe it is easily replaced without removing the bumpskid, but if you call Harvey at Spyderpops he can answer any questions.
