• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. Hi guys, wanted to share with you a cool piece we added on today. I had seen this prototype last year when Harvey had it on the RS at Biketoberfest and I told Harvey when was I able to get one. Well today the present came. This is the Bump Skid! and it is awesome. I call it the Nascar lip! I know it has a purpose for protecting your front end but it doubles as a great cosmetic add on also. Materials and installation guide is top notch and it went on easily and perfectly. I haven't added many things to the Limited but this was on the list so hope you guys like it. Great job Harvey from Spyderpops!:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Nice

Looks like it can save you a lot of money in case you won't notice that Fox laying in the middle of the road taking a midday nap, hm?
So what's the story with one for RS?
.....bejaysus, don't even want to know, looking at the size of it I would get screwed over on shipping cost, ....as usual :gaah:

Looks good Bro. Mine showed up yesterday but I haven't had a chance to install it yet. Looks like it was made for it. :doorag:

Sure

You could just come over here and get it. ;)

On the bucket list Lamont, it is right there , on that bloody bucket list which is just getting bigger and bigger, if I don't meet you on European Spyderfest sooner, I'll meet you on one of yours events later, but both would be just ideal, especially since there is a new vendor - Spyderent now
:2thumbs:
..I swear , if I ad up just cost of shipping to date, it would pay for nice trip to States already, well without fines for speeding, lol

Hmmm. ;)

Looks like Harvey will be getting some more monetary contributions from me pretty soon!

I saw his prototype, but these pics show the "skid" part of the product off much better.

Another nice product from SpyderPops! And KUDOS to you Reggy for sharing. LOVE my calendar by the way... I say "calendar" singular because my wife stole one and took it to work!

Is that what it was? I just felt a bump :roflblack:

It's cheaper than coach fare one way for sure :yikes:

It fits really nice, everything lined up perfectly. Went out tonight and met up with a couple of Spyder owners and they saw it right away and complimented on how nice it was and made the bike look sportier. I wished it made it faster :roflblack:

Harvey has them ready to go but it hasn't posted on his site yet.
Where's the info on this?

Oder another one, I've got some left :D

I really like the look and function of this, but can't help from wondering if it blocks airflow to the engine...:dontknow: From the pics, it appears that the OEM cover has a small gap in front which would allow air to come in under the RT. I'm all for protecting the plastic, but not at the cost of overheating. These machines seem to run hot so any add-on blocking airflow has me concerned.

Of course, I suppose I could drill some holes, or cut a small slot out...;)

NO PROBLEMS AFTER MONTHS OF TESTING!

Oh man, just figured out this is the RT Forum. :gaah:

Harvey, are you going to have these for the GS/RS's too?
