• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Budget Cuts

I'm not surprised. IMHO (being retired Navy and a Vietnam Vet, and someone who is heavily involved in professional auto racing) the National Guard should never have been a race sponsor to begin with. I know at one time both the Army and Navy sponsored race cars (not sure about the Air Force) but I believe they dropped out of it some years ago.

To me, there are some things the military shouldn't be involved in...and sponsoring racing is one of them.

Now, if they want to set up booths at races, that's just fine.

YMMV.

They are trying their best to get rid of the US Military. Too many honest people in there. No more good people to enlist. They want more like congress and the president, nothing more to be said.

Seriously? Do you know how difficult it is to get in to the military these days? You can't just walk in and enlist anymore.
