There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Well, I mounted my BRP luggage rack. It looks really nice, but definitely should probably stay to the 15lb. suggested limit. Fortunately I was able to get it used on here from a member, and saved about 40%. But if I had paid the entire $199 (BRP price), I would have been pissed. Atleast it looks good, and will be useful for the 1 time that I use it per year. But if you want something to carry a larger bag, go with one built by one of the site sponsors.. It has to be better.
I also ceramic coated the rear cowl before mounting the rack, and I am very impressed. I hope to do the rest of the bike before the weekend. Here is a picture of the cowl before mounting it back on the bike.
