• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

:doorag: When my wife and I got to pit bull I had brought my bike because (2013) it had quit running again ,pit bull tried to work on it but understandably they were just busy .BRP had brought a large trailer to help those who needed help ,they picked up my bike took it to their trailer and got started they worked for ,four hours my wife came back from the venders to a running bike they made our trip better .BRP were the nicest people and they put what ever was needed which was a lot and handed me the key and said Than you for buying our product .i have never had a manufacture do something like that before thank you BRP you are a real class act

seems they did a lot of this. As I said they seem to be trying to bridge tha gap and reach the customers. Glad they came through for you and your trip was much more pleasant...:ohyea::ohyea:
 
It would be nice, not to mention very helpful to other viewers of this thread, if you would articulate just what your issue/issues were with your spyder and just what BRP did to fix the same.

I totally concur with your opinion about how helpful BRP can be.

My 2012 RTL had a check engine light at Spyderfest....Steve and his techs got it right in and found some burnt wiring on the front oxygen sensor harness..They did a great job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Such a shame their dealers weren't all as helpful. Don't expect parts and labour for nothing but to be treated as a valued customer at all their dealerships would be a pleasant occurrence!!!

I think after time dealers will come to the conclusion that Spyders and owners are a valuable asset. Imo :thumbup: And will do better.
