BRP web site registration

Hello Spyder Lovers; Has any other spyder owners had a problem, registering on BRP 's web site? I never got the activation email from them. I called and talked to a rep. and gave her all my information and she said it would be taken care of. Well I've been an owner for over a year know and still can't sign in. I got almost 8,000 miles on my RT-S and can't get my 5,000 mile pin. Why don't they have a email to contract their web site Administrator. That would solve my and any other owners problems with the web site. BRP if you read this post you can contact at 610-751-0835. :banghead: Russ:yes:

Welcome to the regristration site, can of worms. There have been many problems with the BRP site in registering your vehicle. Pin numbers that wont register, etc. I own two RT's and the site will not register my second one because there is already a :spyder2: registered at my address.

RE: the mileage pins. Same kind of problems. You first have to be officially registered, then your photo verification process needs to work perfect for them to acknowledge your mileage.

I recommend buying mileage patches from Cat Specialties, a site vendor, and bypassing BRP all together when it comes to mileage pins.

The site registration has been a problem from day one. It would be nice if they would fix it, but it does not seem to be fixed yet.

I did not have any problems registering or signing in and I got my mileage pin in about 6 weeks after sending the required info.

I signed in to the site today to sign up for the 5k pin and didn't have any problem at all..

It is good to see that people are reporting no problems. Maybe they got it fixed. Let me know if you are able to register two :spyder2:,s at the same address--if that happens with any of you. The dual registration problem happened with the new 2009 and again with the new 2011 purchased in July of 2012.

I never registered myself but get all BRP's stuff., more likely the nice people at Lifestyle Honda dealer in Mount Vernon, WA. did me a favor:yes:.
