There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I also have sent numerous emails...no response from BRP. That part of their customer service sucks big time.

It might have to do with putting things in writing. These days, its out there for all the world to see. Good or bad.

Based on my experience, any answer you get will tell you that the question you are asking is too technical and that they don't answer technical questions. Then they will tell you to talk to your dealer to get an answer. My last question was concerning the instruction in the manual on how to access the battery on my 2012 RT. The procedure in the manual is not possible. I asked them what the real procedure was. They said to talk to the dealer. Worthless answer.

Maybe we should e mail BRP on how to get a dealer to answer questions.
