• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I agree...

Last year the rally at Fontana Dam was not worth it. Will not be attending that one again.

the location was not all that great. Maggie Valley would have been a little nicer.

Leaving for Daytona in the morning and Spyderfest next month. That's all I have planned for now, but I have my eye on a couple of others.

Gotta clear it with my bride!

Spyderfest as long as there no tornadoes or severe weather btwn home and there like last year. I would also like to make it to Spyderquest and the Smoky Mountain Spyder Rally but don't have hotels booked for either of those so that's iffy.

I agree. Organizational issues and prices were ridiculous at Spyders on the Smokies last year. i will wait and see what a BRP Owner's Event sponsorship means in terms of organization and funding. If BRP takes an active role then I may attend SITS. I will, however, stay in Maggie Valley as the Fontana Village Resort is dated and in need of renovation. Maggie Valley has a good selection of motels and is better located for centralized rides around the entire area.

None of the above

Those are all a bit out of my range for this year.

Still looking forward to the Bayou ride, Texas Hill Country, and Spyderfest though.

None of the BRP sponsored events are less than 1000 miles from Phoenix, so it is unlikely I'll be able to get enough vacation to attend any of them. [emoji22]

I was hoping to be a wise-ass and have Spyders in the Redwoods come in just under 1,000 - but Google puts it at 1031 from Phoenix (and you'd want to take Highway 1 at that time of year, which would add to the mileage count).

I can't do it at that time of year, either, but I doubt we'll get something much closer to either of us.

I imagine that these, for the most part, end up being for those who have already put in their time and don't work full time.

I do wish I had been there for the event at Universal Studios, but I understand that was long before I bought my Spyder.

If there was one in Kansas I might actually get to attend one, but alas that is not meant to be.....Attending something Spyder related is on my bucket list.

Can't attend any this year. However, if we could they would be Spyderfest and /or Spyderquest. Not interested or too far for any of the others.

It was a great event last year.

It is an honor to be selected to represent BRP. Congrats to all of the other groups selected. Please consider attending the 3rd Annual Spyder Rendezvous this August in Johnson Creek, WI. For more details visit www.joinsoar.com

Congratulations. My husband and I attended your event last year and had a great time. You run a great event. We are going to try to attend SpyderQuest this year. And we always attend Spyderfest as it started in our community. Good and safe rides for everyone wherever they go.

Not a lot of good options. Attended SITR last year but it is 1500 miles. Not sure about this year. Spyderfest and the Hill Country Ride will be it for me.

Do not think our vote counted as the chosen ones are all the smaller Rallys. Not enough votes from the smaller Rallys??
