• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

brp site is up w/ new models

Not sour grapes because if I really wanted one I could get the RT even the loaded one. . .but I really like the sportier version. I don't tour so all those features are lost on me. Not that I can't see their attraction.

I'm just glad our standard Spyder is still available with the Givi bags optional. I may be the odd man out. But that's just me. As motorcycles go I like naked standards. So it's the naked standard Spyder for me.

Nice! The webpage is working fine for me, very interactive. About time. The RT-S is tempting. There's even an option for a trailer & hitch. Wouldn't that void the warranty?

Very nice!!! I am very impressed and can't wait to see one in person.

I'm not going to change mine anytime soon however.

Kudos to BRP's design team. They do read the forums and it shows. :2thumbs:

Not sure about the snout, but overall, not bad looking! Think I'll keep mine though.

I think they all look great , the price is up there, but you pay or what you want. I think I will hang on to mine (08 SM5) for a while, if I get something new vehicle evey time a new one comes out, I will be divorced and homeless.

:agree: I hear you on that!!!!

I love the look of the RT/Audio and Convenience!!!

I would have to change the color to yellow!!!

(blue and silver for a BumblBee, would not work)!!!

It is working in IE.

I am rather impressed. Lots of features and options as you move up between the 3 models. Some baffle me -- like the $1,200 Zumo 660 that cost me $638 for the one I have. Cruise control. Electric controlled windshield and rear suspension. On and on . . .

I am unlikely to replace my 2009 SE5 until 2011 to allow a bit of maturation. Frankly, I waited for the 2009.

I will be doing a test drive in Concord NH on 9/26.

OK... now that I've calmed down

.....

Too much money for no 6th gear, no bigger engine. That's alot of money for more tupperware & tunes IMHO. Just sayin. I do like the black though but I could spend less money and tweak mine up if I so wanted and I could also get chopped fenders, huge front tires, tunes, paint job and bags if I wanted them.

OK, now what about a passenger? Doesn't look like much room -a passenger can't be a big person from what I see when I do the 360 view of it.
