• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

BRP shipping

I ordered 2 rotax decals on the BRP site. They were shipped to me from a local dealer 25 miles away. 2 featherweight decals cost $7.95 shipping and "Handling". 94 cents postage on the envelope.:gaah:

Shipping across borders is frequently the culprit

I live about 45 minutes from the Washington state border and that allows me to have things sent to a company in Oroville, Washington (5 minutes further) that receives and sends parcels as part of their business. Having items shipped to me always costs much more than having it sent to Oroville, Wa.
One example is for a company called The Olive Pit in Corning California along I5 not far north of San Fran. They make fantastic stuffed olives and pickled garlic like none that we have ever found else where. The cost to ship 2 cases to Oroville Wa by UPS is approximately $14. The cost to ship the same quantity about 35 miles further and across the border is $114. Not the company's fault.
I suspect BRP is not entirely to blame for the shipping costs.

As an aside, for the OP that wanted quality riding pants, which are expensive for good quality products, doesn't Bajaron also sell quality riding apparel at good prices?
