• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

BRP or BMW

gkamer

Sadly passed away, December '23.
Check the front badge on this one. A little over the top for my taste but I'm sure it works for some folks.

Nice looking ride! But IMHO...

There's the woo-ing music going on. No matching diamond stitched sissy bar and the p-peg aren't out.

Is this for show or go? :dontknow:

Lookie here.....

mine is simpler and from another country....:roflblack:

I like the song and the bike! The bike is very nice but I would never put another brand badge on mine... To each there own though. Love the chrome!:firstplace:

I can definitely appreciate all the work and time that went into it, just smoothing all that plastic for paint must've taken some time. looks like they chromed the rear end which is big money too.

Beautiful bike and a lot of time and money spent. The last thing I would do is give BMW credit. I'd put my own badge on that bike or leave it off.

Well, I dunno... for my White one I toyed with the idea of some two-toning turquoise vinyl wrap and the chrome Bel Air side logos on the saddlebags to honor my (former) 1956 Bel Air two-door hardtop in that color.
But it was just a wannabe pipe dream, really. (And I quit smoking my pipe in 1989 ).

Now, what would be an appropriate badge for my Red one :dontknow: American LaFrance, maybe? :roflblack::roflblack:

the chrome was interesting, the pipes are definitely more 2 wheel looking. The seat color is certainly NOT what i would have chose, in fact probably would have been the last color i chose and i would not put a different company badge on it myself. A personalized one like the flag or a batman symbol or something but not a Ferrari horse or anything. I did like the stereo set up

It looks very nice in certain culture. Im sure in that persons hood, he is a star. Is he a member here? I would congratulate him for a job well done.:firstplace:. One criticism though, The chrome on the dash can blind you in the sunlight the way it is angled.

REALLY???

HOOD? DEFINE HOOD?
CERTAIN CULTURE? WHAT DOES THAT INSINUATE?
