• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

...in the pink (Girls On Spyders)
Well for those that do not know...Friday I was on a trip to Carlsbad, NM for Ladies Only Weekend...when about 65 miles south of my hotel...the O2 sensor blew out of the exhaust.....I babied it in to hotel.....then safe...pulled panels off and found the O2 sensor off the exhaust.....Wenda, Ann and I worked to get it back on...but just a little movement it came out....threads were gone on sensor......talked with Best Warranty and they will pay 1st $200...closest dealer 160 miles away...Mark to the rescue...he drove 666.1 miles to pick up me and my Trailer Queen...and back home we went....I was not a happy person...really tired of taking a trip and having to be hauled home...had 3-4 days to build up emotions...then call Monday am...all I get is a recording....not happy...Cuznjohn sent me Steve from BRPcare's #...thank you John....called and Steve was very helpful and made me feel better....he got the ball rolling and today my guy Carlo called and things will begin to happen.....1st BRP will arrange for my bike to be picked up from my house and taken to the dealer at Mancuso Gulf Fwy...the best mechanic in Houston...so BRP has reduced my stress level greatly ... we will start working and making decisions...fingers crossed

Glad to hear you've got some good news. But, I didn't think Carlo was still around. If it's the same Carlo from a few years back, he was always helpful.

Different guy...mine is Carlo...the one from a couple of years ago is Carlos

Glad to hear you've got some good news. But, I didn't think Carlo was still around. If it's the same Carlo from a few years back, he was always helpful.

Great news..!!

the part where they are stepping in to help get your ryde fixed. Did seem from pictures of your sensor or the other one mentioed that the threads were wasted. Hope they have the parts and you can roll on out soon as possible... :gaah:

Glad to hear you're getting good help Charlyne. Sounds like Mark was the start to that good help, as is usual.

At least you came up with something different this time!

Glad to hear.....

BRP is stepping up (a little bit) to resolve your problem. Can't believe the patience you and Mark appear to be having with all the issues you've experienced this year. I would have come "unglued" (no pun intended) with your previous issues and this one would have put me over the top. Hope this is the last and all will be perfect from now on.

Jim

Fingers crossed for good luck!!!!!

Let's all hope this has a positive resolution! FB , you have had more than your share of bad luck. Thanks to Steve at BRP for picking up the ball. Being a fan of the ST, I am keenly curious how this will play out. I wonder if there will be major redo of the ST next year?

:chat:

Good to hear FB depending on how long that O2 was failing it COULD be part of your heat issue

You had to go there? roflmao

Good to hear you got a good mechanic on board to help you get things straight!

If ALL of your problems are finally addressed and fixed by BRP...

The Queen will need a new name.

That honor has sure been earned by Mark!

Hope you get everything resolved to your satisfaction. I think you have had enough trouble and have been very patient with BRP.
