• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

In most cases this now seems to be the pattern. Have had two separate dealings with them, both received attention within 24 hours.

For a detailed response from Carlo regarding heat problems with my 2013 RT. Sent an Email to BRP Care on 8/26, Carlo responded a few days later that he had to "speak to technicians" and "gather information". Emailed him a few days ago asking if he has gathered the information yet. So far, no response. BRP has been jerking me around for over a year now. It is so frustrating dealing with them. Glad you got a fast response - Steve seems to be the go to guy - and hope all works out for you. Good Luck.
 
Great to hear. I have a case number but dealer is my problem now. Hopefully I will have more information by Tuesday. Jeffrey, saw your profile picture and if I had that look I would have my panels by now. :shocked:

seems they are trying to get with the customer in a more timely manner. Hope they are quick with the solutions as well...:thumbup:
