There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Brembo brake kit

I've got a buddy with one. AWESOME third gear roll-on power.. But they still just don't feel... civilized! :gaah: The STILL shake, they put out a ton of heat right into your lap on a warm day, and while they start at 30K... :roflblack:

:roflblack::roflblack:
:roflblack: That's not where they're bought!:shocked: :yikes:

The shake [cadence] is the selling point 45degree jugs, Sometimes when I'm cruzin I'll turn the radio off and just listen to the engine, Roll on power in any gear over 2 thousand rpm, except in 6Th.
No heat, I put true duals and a stage 1 eliminated the heat, and raised the red line up an extra 8 hundred.

How was it before the Stage One farkling started?? My buddy keeps saying that he shouldn't have to spend another $1800 bucks to make the bike rideable in the Summertime.
And is that price accurate??

Heat was never a problem for me, Not even on the Spyder, Or for that matter any bike i've had The stage 1 was about 340$, That includes a new air cleaner filter and housing, And a recalibration of the ECM, Which brings the red line to 62 hundred.
Just The stage 1 alone is worth every penny. A marked increase in power.

I e mailed the company and got this responce. It makes no sense to me including replacing the OEM unit on the right handlebar.
Thanks for your inquiry regarding the CanAm Spyder brake upgrade kit - this is a package we put together some time ago at the specific request of some riders who were taking their Spyders to track days and wanted improved feel and feedback under braking.

"The brake lines are custom-fabricated by Galfer as a special-order item and the Brembo (we also offer a similar Accossato piece) radial-pump master cylinder replaces the OEM master on the right handlebar.
As far as installation instructions or other information, beyond the basic documentation that comes with the parts we don't have anything available. I would suggest exploring the Can-Am forums and see what members suggest as well as whether this is an appropriate upgrade for your application.
Thanks very much,
Jeff"
I had hope for awhile, but think I will pass.

Thanks for the info. I'll try to find one to test ride and it's like the one that test rode in the 90's I'll tell the salesman thanks but no thanks.

HD Stage I on Big Twin: New exhaust headers $500, New Air Cleaner $300, New Slip-on mufflers $400, not including installation cost. ECM remap $150. Most go on to a tuner and then Dyno. extra $750-1,000. It never ends, until you buy the next bike and start all over again.

I didn't need or want the dyno, Also slip ons are not needed on the T/G, I just reamed out the left stock muffler, And i was good to go. The stock left muffler on the T/G is partially blocked to let only about 30% of the exhaust out that side to keep back pressure on that side with stock pipes!

I see one small problem with this brake "system"; nobody seems to have tried it yet!
While ISCI's is more costly; you've got a known product that is backed by a known Company.
That adds a lot of value to the package!
