Brake Mod for disabled spyder rider

Hi I'm a double above knee amputee. I'm currently riding a BMW airhead sidecar outfit, but yearn for more. Like a Spyder SE or maybe the GT touring model. But first I need to put a brake cylinder on the handle bars. Has anyone out there done this mod before? I'd like to talk with you if you did!

hand brake

I am polio guy. I have hand brake from firm in alabama. . adds on to stock brake, so
can come off is bike sold easy. works well. looks like it uses Harley Davidson break lever.
