• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Brake failure/ limp mode

Have a friend who has a 09 GS and the brake lights are staying on even when the brake is not engaged. We tried adjusting the pin and that did not help but did help tighting the breaks up for him which seemed a little loose to begin with. Is it possible that the brake sensor could be bad which would cause the lights to be bright as though engaged even when in fact it is not? The breaks are working fine from a functional perspective. Bike did go into limp mode and states break failure. Your thoughts!!

Let's see..!!

double check brake fluid level. The slightest bit low can cause limp mode. Ryding with your foot on the brake can cause brake failure. You need to do the key walk to reset the computers. Brake lights can cause failure. The switch on the pedal can stick or need adjusting. Over tightened parking brake, but if you feel the brake lights stay on it more than likely is the switch. Start there...
