There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. I just got back from another trip to Maggie Valley and once again rode all the great rydes in the area, however I have done this many times now and I am looking for variety. Has anyone ridden around the Boone, NC area and into Virginia from there? what can you say about the possible challenging and scenic rydes in that area??

:bbq::bbq: The Missus and I have considered it as a possible "drop-zone" for retirement... :dontknow:
The roads look interesting, and it's pretty close to just about anything that a Spyder owner would ever need or want!

We have been riding this area a couple of times a year, mostly the part in NC. The section of the Blue Ridge Parkway through this area, from Asheville to VA, has about the most impressive scenery in NC. There are also endless backroads with twisties and scenic areas to choose from. Also, plenty of mountain towns with good facilities. This is our favorite area in NC but we also plan to explore the mountain areas in Virginia soon.

We will be in that area Oct 9-15 and a few other spyders may be joining us there for some rides.

Here's a few pics from trips we have done there....

221 is a nice ride... and if you go up 421 to Mountain City, you get to the Snake past that.
Great ryde...
