• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Bolt Size

Its a size T30 torx head with a M6 coarse thread size.

Hey where can I get extra torx bolts as well as the plastic panel fasteners? I have founf myself to be missing one of the bolts and those plastic plugs get loose after taking them in and out several times.

The plastic "rivets" are at your fiendly CanAm dealer for .96 each, the bolts are also available there, complete with thread lock already on them. Guess how I know.:gaah:

Dealer charged me $5 per bolt! There are a few place online that have them for $.50 or less though. Just look for the M6x20 bolts.

Oh, and the pins... $12 at the dealer!

I ordered 4 and they were @$5 a piece at my dealer also. They will be mailing to me once they get them from BRP.

Same here. Note that they are blackened stainless, though, with thread locker. Not worth the $5, but they should cost considerably more than an average screw. BTW, I couldn't find an equivalent, even online.

The plastic rivets are available from many bike vendors online, and in some auto parts stores. Be sure and measure, since they make a few different sizes. I forget what the Spyder ones are.
