• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Bluetooth quit loading when bike turns on - any help appreciated?

I have a 2020 RT Limited and this past week it quit loading the bluetooth when I turn the bike on. I have 2 Sena 20's. I have turned on 1 at a time and nothing helps. In settings there are no entries for either helmet. I do not know how to make sure the Senas are in discovery mode.

Any help would be appreciated!!

Thanks
Rich

Unfortunately technology headache coming. : individually attempting each device. Ones that have display to read what is available & or connected. Will possibly have to forget devices & pair multiple times depending on what is primary (assuming spyder is primary honestly sorry, really don’t know BRP Connect -Go whatever it is)gather all the instruction manuals for devices & support phone numbers. Double check fuses & dongle (if any) connections. Take your time *make notes* good luck.

You pair the rider helmet to the rider Bluetooth connection. You pair the passenger helmet to the passenger bluetooth connection.

Go to settings in the bike’s menu then bluetooth then add phone and headsets. The BRP Go app has simple instructions.

BTW - Bluetooth doesn’t load anything, is just connects devices.
