Blue sport rack and backrest discontinued

Any other blue spyder riders disappointed that blue aftermarkets parts are no longer available? I recently purchased the sport rack and passenger back rest for my spyder. I wanted them in blue, but had to go with the black because, much to my disappointment, the blue parts have been discontinued.

I guessing thats a hint that there wont be any more blue RS Spyders--OR--they are not selling enough of the racks and will be discontinuing them also.

Well, I guess that makes my mind up for me. I was debating over getting a corbin seat with a backrest or the sport rack and backrest. there's not much difference in price so i guess I am going corbin for my Quantum Blue RS.

I would think you can bet on both. Blue isnt easy to find, I originally wanted blue until I saw that they were comparable in price to a brand new spyder, and that was that.

There is now matching paint available for those who are willing to have you're stuff painted.....it's an option to look at...you would only need a quart ....and if you have the paint i'm sure one of the auto parts stores could even put it in a spray can for you.....Mike...:thumbup:

US Paint can also sell it to you, for 1 arm and 3 toes a quart.
