Bird fishing!!!

I've reeled in a lot of critters while pier fishing, but never a seagull! This little guy got his wing tangled up in my line last night and couldn't get free. After carefully reeling him in, fortunately, we were able to cut the line free and he flew off. First time for everything I guess!

Believe it or not, I did the same thing a few years ago in the Chesapeake Bay! I was also able to get him aboard and untangle the line to set him free.
