• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Bikes Blues and BBQ

Risky...

Saw this one on facebook too. Risky getty close to the flaming bike before the oil and gas tank go. But they did run in and get the other bikes out before it became a vhain event..:yikes:

water

I liked the part where someone threw a bottle of water at the gas-fueled fire! Might as well piss on it.

Never pour water on a gasoline fire, all it does is spread it by washing the gasoline around. Not that one bottle of water is going to do much damage or help anyway. However the person's heart was in the right place.

I was at the rally too

I saw a bunch of people running over to that area but there were hundreds of people around there too. Glad no one got hurt because of it. The rally was a lot of fun overall. This was the first time for me at this particular event and I will be back next year..!

Well, looking for the good news in all of this, there was an insurance company on the site, Progressive was first to respond. :coffee:

* side note 2014 BBB was my first rally after my injury & with the spyder  learned about it when I joined here. :)

That's what happens when you do mods to your bike and don't have a clue what your doing. I'll guarantee the bike owner or mechanic he hired made the bike "look" nice but didn't give a damn about the type of rubber used in the fuel line. With "Harley" owners its all about looks and not about reliability etc. My thoughts.
