• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Is there supposed to be some kind of paperwork that says all of this? I have yet to receive the title from the dealer. I bought a pre-owned 2010 Spyder RT that was on consignment at a dealer. I was told that the warranty would be good till mid Summer and that the B.E.S.T. would kick in after that.
Do I need to register my Spyder with BRP?

Thanks for any answers!

Both the standard warranty and the BEST should be transferred. The directions for doing that are in your manual. Your dealer may be able to do it for you...ask.

OK got the answer from Bryce at Bert's Mega Mall.
The warranty is transferrable to a new owner but stays with THAT Spyder.
No refunds are available so if you have a Best and want to sell or trade that should
be added to the sales or trade in price. Then you buy a new one for the new Spyder.
Hope that helps.

Answer to the other question. Yes, there is paperwork on the warranty. I'm sure there is
transfer paperwork that needs to be filled out. If it was not given to
you check with the dealer it is possible the original owner never bothered to give the
paperwork to dealer so you never got it. Maybe best can verify with the vin number of your unit.

Pretty sure for BEST warranty they just run your VIN # and it tells them what and how long your BEST warranty is good for .
