• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

belt vibration

An easy way to find the vibration of the belt to reduce
with adjustable roll pressure.
So that the belt tension is not about his Nm limint
Easily mountable on the blind bores, which can be found on the inside of the aluminum base plate.
There should be drawn into the blind holes for fastening the belt wheel only. Thread

No more vibration throughout the speed range or incorrect belt tension.
The belt tension can be always kept within the Nm by the roll to increase or decrease tension without the need to adjust the alignment of the rear wheel

This picture may be clearer
the design is just simple house design
the wheel is made of steel with a pair of bearings with the possibility to lubricate the bearings with grease
The pivot point is simply bolted with locking nut .... any slack on this pivot is easily reduced to 0 ..... a little oil or grease on the pivot.
or after mounting the belt tension control that they stay within specification
I have very good results with this design house after several 100 mile no problems.
I put it online to make. an idea for other spyder riders

Nice simple design

How did you adjust the spring?

I guess you had to manufacture some of the parts yourself?
