the design is just simple house design
the wheel is made of steel with a pair of bearings with the possibility to lubricate the bearings with grease
The pivot point is simply bolted with locking nut .... any slack on this pivot is easily reduced to 0 ..... a little oil or grease on the pivot.
or after mounting the belt tension control that they stay within specification
I have very good results with this design house after several 100 mile no problems.
I put it online to make. an idea for other spyder riders

How did you adjust the spring?

I guess you had to manufacture some of the parts yourself?
