• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Belt size

BELT SIZE

The only different size belt that I'm aware of is the 2015 F-3 ....all versions of it are different from all other Spyders........Mike :bbq:

Without being able to quote specifics :opps:: it's the same size, but has been built a bit stouter. (I think that this was done to handle the triple's increased torque output... :dontknow:)

Do you really know or is it just a WAG? So just to be clear you are saying that BRP sells 2 different belts and both will fit the same?

It would be smart PR to have the latest Spyder seeming to require a different (bigger/stronger/better) drive belt than the old model, wouldn't it? :roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:

:dontknow: They have two different part numbers for the front sprockets...
705502101 for 2012
705502106 for 2016

I didn't look up the rear sprocket numbers...

All that I can say is: proceed with caution!

Fronts both 28 tooth.

Rears have various part numbers depending on the color. But the same color will be the same part number.
