Been out of the loop for a while

I would like to thank all the people that have checked in on me since my accident in the forest, and update you all on my situation.
First of all, I am going back to work tomorrow, FINALLY. I got cleared on Thursday by the surgeon. I still have some pain and weakness in my left hand, but it is improving daily. Especially since the sutures were removed including the one that was aggravating the nerve at the base of the thumb. The Massive hematoma on the side of my head has gone down. I have not had any concussion symptoms in over a week.
I still have trouble opening my jaw all the way, and now have a really "interesting" scar over my right ear. But on the bright side I am still around to tell the tale.
I hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday season. And I hope I get to see you all in the saddle during the coming year. Rubber down, shiny side up.

for the update on your condition. Glad to hear you will be back at work though not as glad as you must be. Things seem to be healing up so don't push it you are almost there..hope the only trees in your future are in poems...all the best..!! :thumbup:
