• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Where would I find the battery on the 2015 ? and how do I access it ?
I need to run a wire & fuse for the electric heated vest.
Like it to be connected to the battery directly.

Thank you.

If you open the frunk, and unzip the rear part of the liner, and look at the bottom of the rear wall, you will see the battery.

David

PS: please don't forget the fuse.

Thank you. I found it tonight. However when I opened up the black plastic cover and behind the battery is located, I notice water is sitting in around the battery. So I opened up both fuse covers in the frunk and they both had water within the inside of the cover. Not great combination water & electrical.
I'm going to post tonight to see if others have had the same problem.

If those covers weren't put on correctly; water WILL find a way in... nojoke
This may have been what happened.

The OP has another thread on this. He has no water in the trunk or the fuse boxes. He was concerned about it being wet on the back of the battery and fuse panel access covers. Which is perfectly normal.
