Recently, I emailed Ron and mentioned I was having an issue with an item I had purchased sometime ago. Though he didn't have a record of the transaction, I assured him it was purchased from him so after some additional emails back and forth he decided to send me a replacement. All he asked was that I send the old item back. His commitment to what he sells is truly appreciated. He is class act!
