BAJARON, Customer service...."AMAZING"... and a true definition of a great business!!
I had made a simple order to Ron to change my oil in my 08 Spyder Roadster, I needed the kit and he explained all that he had, the differences of each and went on to tell me what else I should grease and what not... I placed the order, I recieved all the filters but did not get the oil... hmmmm... I let a few days go by and still nothing. I just sent Ron and email as to the issue and here is what he wrote back.....
The Amsoil record shows it as shipped but there isn’t any tracking information. I’ve processed another order so we know for sure it’s on the way. I will check back and give you the tracking number when it comes into the system. Not sure what happened as I’ve never run into this before with Amsoil orders.
If, somehow, you end up with 2 orders delivered we’ll make it right at that point. The main thing is to get that oil out to you.

The last sentence, is what Ron is all about... Great.... Its a pleasure to do business and will continue to do business with him for here on out! For all that haven't yet, he's one of the many businesses that Lamonster, allows to sell there products, I'm grateful. :clap:
