• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Baja Ron anti-sway bar causes chatty Nanny

I have a 2014 RT and the sway bar was one of my first modifications. I didn't like the way the RT would kind dip into the corner. After the sway bar it just turns. No lean or dip. I've never had any side effects. I run Kumho car tires all the way around which actually adds more tire contact to highway. I also had a laser alignment that made a huge difference. The sway bar is not a big deal. It improves sway as it's supposed to do.

Bear in mind, the Ron sway bar will magnify any roughness in your technique. The softer stock one absorbs any jerking that might set off the Nanny. Work on being smooth and Nanny will be quieter.

I've been watching this thread and hoping someone would say this. Thanks!

.... she'll reduce the power to the rear wheel, and apply the brakes to the wheels (individually), as she deems necessary.
You'll feel the power drop off: just like somebody pulled a spark plug wire! Once she's satisfied with the results: everything goes back to normal.

Ahhh, okay. Dem's da details I was after. :D

I was deeply disappointed with the ride of my new RTL with the stock suspension. Test rides were great, but you can miss things like this when it's an "emotional buy."

Installed siffer Fox Shocks and it made a huge improvement. The stock shocks are much too soft in my opinion. Maybe for a 120 lb. rider, but not 220 lb. or two riders. Kind of dangerous actually, in my opinion.

A month later I added the RonJon "anti-sway" bar. It dialed in the suspension even more.

I corner with complete confidence, and rarely have "nanny" come to life.
