• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Back or Shoulder pads for Spyder jacket?

Backordered...

I have tried for three months to buy them. My dealer has had 2 sets on "back order" since then end of March for me and says that he can't get an arrival date from BRP. I have never seen them on Ebay or at the various dealers I have visited so I would be interested to hear if anyone even knows where to get them....:dontknow:

I don't own an official Can Am jacket but I ordered a jacket from www.leatherup.com which looks almost identical to the Can Am. It don't have as many pockets but it does have pads. Its pretty comfy although the liner does get it the way of the zipper. Costs less than $100.

If I were a designer I would include a video screen or digital soduku on the back so my wife wouldn't be looking at my speedometer.

protective pads for Can Am jacket

You could always buy an armor vest with pads build in and where it under your jacket.

I have one, actually. Gets to be bulky worn under my Can Am jacket, and it would be nice to have just ONE garment to put on/take off/carry around. The armor vest is great for warmer weather, worn without a jacket (which of course isn't as protective, but being realistic here...)

Found some shoulder pads but no back pad yet. It's a fairly small size. Can Am has them for order-- $25, not CE rated though.
