• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What is the difference between the regular and the PLUS warranty?

The B.E.S.T warranty is an extended warranty that will start after the two years of the manufacturer warranty has ended. The B.E.S.T plus is the extended warranty plus a 10 hour service, and 3 annual services (these start when your extended warranty is activated after manufacturer warranty has expired)
The pricing between the two is going to be significant because the B.E.S.T plus includes services. If you have any more questions let me know and I will help you get your answers. Warrantys

I thought you could only get warrantys at the Dealership. I wasn't offered an extended warranty at the Dealership where I bought my Spyder but I wish I had an extended warranty. Is this really legit?

They recently hosted a Canyon Ride and we had 37 Spyders attend with BRP providing lunch ... we were all impressed with the service they provide and their " can do attitude " ... all staff was great, very helpfull & informative. It was my first time there & I will definitely return :thumbup:

I purchased 3 years of BEST via Bryce on May 7th. I still have yet to receive my membership cards/welcome packet. I called them to verify I was covered and they asked for my membership number...Which I would have if I received the freaking welcome packet. They were able to verify warranty coverage on my Spyder... Though now I wonder if there is a french man in Quebec also with BEST as they didn't ask to verify my VIN. ( I have a common french name). So now I'm on hold again.. Hoping they don't hang up on me again when they transfer me to customer service.

Bryce contacted BEST on my behalf a couple of weeks ago to regenerate the cards as there was something held up or just plain forgotten in regard to processing my account.

Just saying... You have to stay on top of things in regard to BEST. Thank-you Bryce for checking up on this for me when requested. I know it is not the fault of Bert's your your own.

EDIT:
Finally got through to BEST customer service. Told me they can't help me as the company that processes the membership cards, etc is a separate company/organization. SERIOUSLY? I don't give a crap... They are linked and they should be able to transfer me or point me in the right direction or provide a contact number. What a hassle.

I would wait a couple more weeks, and if you still have not gotten it call me. I will contact BEST (from the dealer side) of BRP, and speak to the same department I did the first time for your problem.
At least you can put your mind at ease knowing that you are covered, and even if you loose your paperwork that I sent you no matter where you go as long as they read your VIN# your covered no hassle. You really dont need to carry around the card, it's only extra proof that you have a BEST warranty.

I have this habit of riding my Spyder through monsoons and the thought of water proof membership cards is real appealing to me.:D

I just really want these things to magically show up in the next week or so as I'm trying to sneak another trip in.
