I know the BEST warranty can't be sold in FL. If you have one that was purchased in a different state and you run into an issue in FL, can you use the warranty at any FL dealer?

It has something to do with how Florida classifies it as an insurance policy and it has to be sold through an insurance broker.

To answer the original question, yes, you can use a policy you hold at a Florida dealer. You just cannot purchase the policy in Florida.

The answer to your question is yes, any FL Can Am dealer should honor the BEST warranty. I've owned two spyders and purchased the three year BEST warranty for both from Berts Mega Mall. I had to use it once for my 2012 RTS and it more than paid for itself. Dale
