• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Just wanted to REALLY THANK Peacock LTD in Baldwin Michigan.
We bought our new 2014 RTS from them. First off, GREAT PRICE!
When we picked it up, all Service Bulletins were done except for the Clutch Cover Screw, which had not come in yet, but they called last week and I had an appt. for this week to get it done.
Now, Peacock is 1 hour and 40 minutes away from our house. We have 3 dealers within a half hour from our house.
On Weds., "Snoopy" started leaking oil BADLY😢
I called Dennis at Peacock and he said that they would have a quick Pow-Wow and see if they could squeeze in the 2 hour fix on Friday. Due to the fact that "Snoopy" was now a Trailer Queen, he said that if I could get a dealer down here to fix it, he would Overnight the part to them. I talked to our local dealers. One said they could do it next Friday. The others were the week after that, even if I got them the part.
Yesterday afternoon, Dennis called me back and told me they could do it Today at 11:00.
Not only did they fix it, The mechanic, Mark, answered all 4328 questions that I had!
They were polite, VERY HELPFUL, and "Snoopy" is back on the road.
I'm 61 years old and it was incredibly refreshing to do business with such a fine bunch of a Folks. They will be doing ALL the needed maintenance on My Spyder😜

It does sound like you are working with the "best" dealer in your area.

It still amazes me how many dealers shrug off potential customers and business just because they don't want to mess with stuff.

They miss out on a big opportunity to win you over to their service departments and dealership. :lecturef_smilie:
