Awesome customer service

Wow, is all I can say about Allen and Patti at Diamond R Accessories. I bought one of their rear racks for my 2012 RTS on 9/4/12. Because of work, family and life in general, I didn't get around to installing it until the 24th of March this year. When I started I noticed the rear arms didn't mount right. I had two left side arms. I called Allen, explained my problem, and asked what could be done. He said he would ship me a new arm right away. I received two new arms in the mail today at no cost to me. I didn't expect to get that kind of service because it had been so long since I bought the rack. I know now where I'll look first when I buy some accessories for my Spyder. Diamond R Accessories rocks in my books

I totally agree! I have several of their accessories and plan to get their new split floorboards at SpyderFest! Great products and greater people!! :clap:
