• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have looked at the installations here on the forum and I may be just overlooking it...but...where do you hookup the vacuum line to the engine.. Thanks....

This photo doesn't show the precise location, but I tapped into the vacuum line with the T-fitting in the kit and ran out to an auxilliary vacuum cannister. The vacuum cannister was purchased off of e-bay - benefit was to provide more consistent vacuum response regardless of engine RPM.

vaccuum line.

I connected my cruise vaccuum into the line that runs down to the vaccuum assisted clutch. There is non-return valve in this line, before the electric switch ,that is where I put the tee. This is on the right hand side of the bike, just in front of the purge vale and cannister, before the radiator.Sorry I dont have no photos.I put the sensor magnets on two bolt heads that I added to the rear disk.Works great.
Eric.

Thanks for the replies... had this cruise control on my FJR and now looking to install it on the Spyder... I used a gas filter as vacuum canister and worked great...
