I thought I was going crazy... glad to hear I am not the only one that hears this.
I've got the clicks as well. Not sure where I picked them up at.... lol...Anyway, I did not have the clicking noise when I first bought the Spyder but after I got my brake update from BRP because of squeeky brakes, I have had the clicks when braking.
There are certain test standards that the brakes must meet that can be checked with BUDS. If you think the brakes are weak, Have the dealer run a pressure diagnostic. It could just be pads that have glazed over, however.I have the clicks as well they werent there from new ,my dealer says he hears nothing ,the brake effectiveness seems less than I would expect also ,I really have to lay into the pedal to stop in a hurry ,I think a bleed job would help ,not sure of the noise though.

I wouldnt blow it out of proportion yet. I am not sure there is even a problem with the click sound. As long as you dont notice any problmes with your braking I wouldnt be overly concerned
The ABS system makes a slight rapid clicking sound as it modulates the braking system. This MAY be what you are hearing, and if so, it is normal.
FYI to all following this post. I washed the spyder over the weekend and click and squeal have come back..:dontknow:
If you are talking about just a very faint clicking sound, it may be the ventilation holes in the discs as they pass the pads. This is common to all ventilated discs, and is usually only audible at lower speeds.I too have had, always, had, this click sound in the front when when applying the brakes and I can notice it mostly at lost speed. Yep, just a click from the front end.
Has anyone actually identified this click? It seems a number of Spyder Ryders have seen it. - Any updates on this, guys/gals, to at least identify it?
thank you.

This is only the caliper resetting, or coming back to center and is normal. Dont worry there seems to be enough of that going around:2thumbs:
My dealer check 4 Spyders including mine and the test model. All made the click to one degree or another. They called it into BRP. According to BRP it is the brake pad catching the cooling holes in the rotor. :dontknow: I don't know if I believe that.
