Do you have to take the rear part of the bike apart to hook up the cable? :dontknow: Not my strong suit. nojoke Tom :spyder:

Is there a way to just get a cable? I didn't see an option on the website for this. I'm assuming that most of the cost is for the SM10, which I don't need. I just need volume-controlled audio out of the RT (to connect to my autocom).

Can the controller be mounted in the glovebox forwzrd of the seat? If I mou t it in the trunk there is no way I remember to turn off the bluetooth after each ride.

Not a good idea as the glove box gets very warm or even hot depending on your Spyder. Don't do it.
