• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Asking Questions Because I don't Know? Is oil change a warranty item?

I am putting my Ryker Rally in the shop tomorrow. My warranty expires next month and I've never had the Ryker service during the year. When I take it in tomorrow can I have them to do it while it there? I am taking it there for the fuel pump to be checked out or fixed if that's the problem. The oil has not been changed, so just wondering if I can have that done under the warranty?

Maintenance, such as fluids, spark plugs, CVT belt, brake pads, tires, etc. is owner's responsibility.
Warranty covers components that fail

I first changed engine and trans after one month/1,000 miles.

Fluids came out dark, trans drain plug was almost filled with sediment.

Drain plugs almost clean, ~5,000 miles later.

Oil Change

:chat:....Sorry about that, but Oil changes are not a Warranty issue.
Check out your, 'Owner Manual' for more information about your Spyder. That being said I would have your Spyder Dealer Technician Check out the necessary items for you and your unit.
Good Luck on Your Mission. .....

Thanks I did that today.

Don't know about the Ryker but with my RT the owner's manual had a sign off page for the first 3K oil change. The dealers' service department along with that oil change performed a safety check of the entire spyder to make sure everything was as it should be. Warranty reasons I suspect.
