Anyone use Freedom Cycle in Concord NH?

Does anyone have Spyder experience with this dealer? I bought my 2013 RT through then recently and am about to have my 600 mile with them.

So far, they are friendly and professional, but I don't know anything about their service expertise.

I have had good luck there so far been going in for two years

My only experience is warranty issues but they have been very professional

We bought from them. They have done good work no complaints so far.

It's about an hour and fifteen minutes, but its the closest dealer from Brattleboro VT.

We bought from Freedom Cycle and bought a maintenance package from them. So we use them for regular maintenance but also use HK Powersports in Hooksett ( 8miles from Freedom Cycle) for aftermarket work. Freedom doesn't like to do out of the box installed, I.e. ISCI handbrakes, handlebar risers, led lights, or car tires....

I would suggest either one. I'd call both for a price comparison as I think both their Spyder technicians are more then capable

Have heard good stuff about Freedom from friends that have gone there, I have not. HK (Hooksett) used to have a lot of good accessory sales, don't seem to get their notices anymore. Their sales dept. has been poor the couple of times we went looking for a sled or trailer. Never used their repair dept.
