Anyone tried a Laminar lip on F3-S windscreen?

The Laminar Lip has been around for many many years and they WORK, I have had one
on several of my bikes in the past and I can recommend them.
many are adjustable so you can control the air flow

I’m a new Spyder owner—a 2015 F3-S. The previous owner had installed a standard CanAm brand windshield. This thing is good for keeping bugs off your chest. Have any of you veteran Spyder dryvers tried a laminar lip to keep the wind blast above your head? I am 5’10” tall. I’d appreciate some name brands/product numbers. Also advice on replacement windshields. Thanks in advance!

Thanks folks. I guess I won’t be getting a laminar lip. I’m going to investigate this F-4. Interesting, because I flew F-4 Phantoms in the Air Force and Alabama Air Guard for 12 years! ��

I have the Madstad system and really like it. I have a 20" light gray for touring, and a 14" dark gray for everyday. That said, over the winter I might spend $22 and try an ebay/Chinese deflector. WTH...

I have Laminar Lips on 2 Kawasaki bikes, one son has one on a Honda VFR1200X and another son on a BMW GS800. We find they function particularly well for us and recommend them.

Rattlebars, I received the smaller Motoparty deflector in the mail a couple of days ago. Mounted up easily. I had to wait until today for the rain to stop. Ran down to get my oil changed and got up to about 60 mph. Not too bad--still some turbulence but a big improvement. After the oil change I looked carefully at the height and angle and did a little adjustment. Took it out on the freeway up to 75mph. Not bad at all. Still have some turbulence, but it's 100% better than with the Can Am shield (I think it's a 129). For $40 I am pretty impressed.

By the by, I ordered some farkles from Lamonster. Excellent service and excellent products.
