Still Waiting!
I pre-ordered a Hyper Silver RT-L Dark back in December. It arrived at the dealer on April 26th, with 5 components missing, including some elements of the dash. I purchased it on May 10th, and was told by the dealer that once units sell, BRP tries really hard to ship the missing components "in a few weeks or so." Still waiting. Clearly, this is an unprecedented situation, and no one expected the Chinese factories to close again for 7+ weeks this spring. So, I have been trying to let go of expectations and rest in the idea that "it will come when it comes."
It seems like others are finally getting their Spyders now, which gives me some hope and excitement. But BRP customer service will still give me no information about when they expect the parts will ship, and advise me to "keep in constant contact with my dealer." My dealer says they have no information from BRP about ship dates. It seems like the "runaround" is their official corporate policy, which I just don't get!
