• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone know what these things on the front wheels are?

Maybe has a grease fitting under it? Used to have hubs that kept the water out by pumping the space full of spring loaded grease. They were mainly for boat trailers truck and Jeep wheels. Never heard of one for a Spyder, but it is possible. Look under it and see.

Saw a lot of them when I worked in a marina as a kid. They were called Bearing Buddies at the time.

These are LED lights placed in a cylinder that is mounted in the rim center instead of the standard flush mount cap.
I have a set laying around and mine came with wireless remote control and multicolour options.
I will see if I can take some pics and post them.

You beat me to the answer. I don't have a set, but they were a going thing around here in the lighted community. Haven't seen any in a while. Lots of the guys and girls in the local Spyder and Slingshot group used to have them.

They looked kinda cool at first, but they ate batteries like they were starving, so I took them off.
They also made the Spyder a bit wider and would be the first thing to hit.
