• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone know any Spyder Rentals on any of the Hawaiian Islands?

I checked on The Big Island while I was in Kona in January, no Spyders.
There is a rental place in Kings Shops renting motorcycles and Slingshots.
Aloha

Thank you Virgil2014. Hubby called somewhere in Honolulu today (a motorcycle rental place) and they are adding a Ryker to their fleet very soon.

Well, I have some NEW INFORMATION since this thread started 7 years ago. I have a Ryker reserved in April for 8 hours at the following:

https://www.cruzinhawaii.com/

Cost is $150 for 8 hours, located in Honolulu.

I'll let you know how it works out. Hubby has a 2 wheeler reserved from Rider Share. State #50 here we come!!

Great to hear the Hawaii information. And...the rental price is a great one. I would have expected the rentals to be about twice that.

PS: make sure to take the H3 North to the end, the South end is Pearl Harbor. It is supposed to be one of the 10 most beautiful Highways in the United States. It will take you through the Jungle and through a big tunnel. The tunnel is comparable to the Eisenhower just west of Denver.

Ride videos of the H3 are on Google.

Thank you and will definitely take that highway! Sounds amazing!! Just looked to see some of the most beautiful highways in the US... I've been on a few of them... PCH, Beartooth Highway, Kankamagus, Blue Ridge Parkway, Route 66, Overseas Highway (I didn't know that was the name of it lol). Even if that isn't the right list, those are all great roads... we have a few more we want to do and some I would go back and do again... Beartooth is one of my favorites.
