I'm on my third Spyder and have had all three serviced at Reno's. I haven't had any problems with them and have always told me what the cost was going to be upfront. Steve, the owner will ask you questions about your Spyder and whether you're happy with their service. The mechanics are BRP trained and will give you tips on how to work on your Spyder yourself.I have confidence in them from my experiences so don't count them out.
